Founding churches

We’re new. Be one of the first churches.

We’d rather earn a place at the church council than fake reviews. If you sign up as one of the founding churches, you get a direct line to the founder, an outsized say in the roadmap, and founding-church pricing for as long as you stay on.

Common questions

The questions a church council always asks first.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel before the end of the 30-day trial and we charge nothing. After that, cancel through Settings → Billing at any point; you keep access through the period you’ve already paid for, and we won’t renew.
What if our church doesn’t have a yearly report?
Most of the platform works without one. The Church Yearly Report 2026 template is opinionated by design, but every other piece — goals, check-ins, ChMS sync, discussion, audit history — works for any church. If your governing body asks for a yearly report that we don’t yet have a template for, tell us what it asks for and we’ll build the template.
Do you store member data?
Yes — names, contact details, household links, attendance, and donations all sit in Supabase Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Donation tables are AAL2-gated, which means a second factor is required to read or write any donation row, enforced at the database. The DPA, subprocessor list, and security page at /legal/ cover the rest.
How does the ChMS integration work?
We pull from your ChMS on a schedule and on webhook events — read-only by default. Planning Center is live now; ChurchSuite is intake-ready and waits on a developer-app registration. We never write back to the source system without your explicit permission, and the data we cache stays under your church’s row-level security.
Why $499?
It’s an honest price for software that does serious work. We didn’t price it for the SaaS market — we priced it so a church council can approve it without a sub-committee. If $499’s a stretch for your church right now, write to us. We run founding-church pricing for the first churches through the door.
Is the platform stable enough to bet a church on?
We’re pre-first-paying-customer. The platform’s been built deliberately — Planning Center sync, RLS, audit history, and the billing flow have all been through Phase 0 through Phase 10 of a structured build plan. That said, we’d rather be honest: if you’re a church that needs a 99.99% uptime SLA and 24/7 phone support today, we’re not there yet. If you’re a church that wants a tool that takes the spreadsheet work off your plate and is willing to talk to the founder when something feels off, we’d love to hear from you.
